American Pancakes

Cooking time: 2 min per pancake

Ingredients (for 12 pancakes)

2 eggs
200 g flour
250 ml milk
1 pack levure chimique
100 g sugar
Butter
1 pack sucre vanillé
pinch sea salt

Preparation

• In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
• Add a small amount of butter to the preheated pan.
• Carefully pour a small amount of batter into the pan (to
form circles of around 10 cm).
• Cook the pancakes until they start to bubble on the
uncooked side, about one minute then flip over. Allow to cook
for a further minute.
• Serve pancakes warm.
