Cherry clafoutis

Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 500g black cherries
  • 100g flour
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 25 cl milk
  • 30 g butter

Cooking 40 min

  • Wash the cherries, remove the stones and the stalks.
  • Butter a cake pan and cover its bottom with cherries.
  • Preheat your oven to 210°C.
  • In a bowl, pour the flour and make a well in the center in which you will put the sugar, salt and the eggs. Then pour the milk.
  • Mix well with an electric beater.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes in a hot oven and serve warm.
