Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 2 mashed, ripe avocados
  • 200 ml crème fraîche liquide
  • 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 80 ml coconut milk

 

Preparation

  • Beat the crème fraîche in a bowl for 2 to 4 mins, using a hand mixer on medium speed, until soft peaks form
  • Reduce speed to low and beat together the sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk and avocado purée until combined. Mixture should be smooth and fluffy
  • Freeze for 2 to 3 hours until firm - best eaten a little soft
