Garlic Naan Bread

Ingredients (makes 6 naan)

  • 250g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Minced garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Gratted cheese

 

Preparation 6 min - Cooking 9 min

  • Place the flour, baking powder and salt in a food processor and mix for a few seconds until combined. Add the yogurt, the minced garlic, gratted cheese and process until it starts to come together. Knead for 1 min on a well floured surface.
  • Heat a non stick frying pan on high heat. While it is heating divide the dough into six even pieces. Roll out into an oval shape and make indents with your fingers. Spray with olive oil and place on the pan. Cook for about a minute, if the underside is golden brown then flip over.
  • Serve hot.
